The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrate a customer-first mindset. Technical expertise includes knowledge of PHP, Laravel framework, web application hosting, and familiarity with various technologies like Nginx, DNS, SSL, MySQL, Redis, Ubuntu server management, and cloud computing concepts.
