Lam is hiring a Regional Product Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support for complex semiconductor equipment, diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues, analyze root causes, support productivity and process optimization, participate in new-product introduction, develop technical documentation, collaborate with global teams, and mentor field teams. The role requires at least five years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or three years with a master’s degree, or a PhD without experience, and offers on-site flex or virtual flex work arrangements.
