Lam is hiring a Regional Product Support Engineer to provide technical support for field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel serving customers in the region and supporting the new fab in Taylor, Texas. The role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro-mechanical equipment; providing remote and on-site escalation support; assessing serviceability and installation; mentoring field and account engineers; and coordinating technical tasks with customers. The position requires substantial related experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, knowledge of electrical and mechanical schematics, and the ability to work in clean-room environments and flexible shifts.
