The role investigates drone system anomalies, leads cross-functional root-cause investigations, develops reliability test methods, performs failure-mechanism predictions, and uses data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement. Candidates need a STEM bachelor's degree, data-analysis experience, at least five years of equivalent experience, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills, and experience in robotics, automation, control systems, or related product development.
