FourKites is hiring an AI & SaaS Support Intern to serve as the primary contact for customers, partners, and consultants. The intern will research, troubleshoot, replicate, and test product issues; track incidents; coordinate with development, QA, and consulting services; occasionally support AI-related initiatives; and participate in a weekend rotation for 24/7 customer emergencies. The internship lasts 10 months, offers a stipend of INR 30,000 per month, and may convert to full-time based on performance and business needs.
