Monroe Tractor is hiring an experienced Product Support Representative for an outside sales role in the heavy equipment industry. The position focuses on building long-term customer relationships while selling parts and service support, resolving product issues, and helping grow parts and service market share across Monroe Tractor’s northeastern U.S. locations. The role requires prior heavy equipment and sales experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and computer proficiency. Compensation is a base salary of $50,000 to $55,000 USD plus incentive bonus plans, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA contributions, retirement matching, PTO, and disability coverage.
