Canva is hiring an independent contractor for a 12-month, hybrid role based anywhere in India, with an expected commitment of approximately 40 hours per week. The position supports school systems and education partners with SSO, SAML/OAuth, domain verification, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID integrations; troubleshooting authentication and directory-sync issues; managing State partnership rollouts; creating localized onboarding resources; tracking integration patterns; and enabling administrators and master trainers. Candidates should have prior SSO or identity-administration experience, at least three years in technical support, implementation, or solutions work, and the ability to communicate in English and Hindi.
