The Product Team Leader will lead and empower a retail store team, delivering product placement, visual standards, customer service, and operational performance. The role supports the Commercial and Product Manager, manages store KPIs including sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, customer feedback, and RFID, and handles product movement, floor resets, displays, and stock replenishment. Candidates should have retail experience, preferably in a supervisor role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
