Description
The Product Tech Lead will lead and mentor a fast-paced engineering team building and evolving web applications for a fintech and media company. The role combines hands-on technical leadership, people management, architecture and engineering decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, delivery planning, and adoption of AI-assisted development and automation. Candidates need at least seven years of experience building scalable web applications, prior engineering leadership experience, and expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, REST APIs, Django, Python, AWS, containerization, CI/CD, and application state management. The position is remote within specified United States states and offers an annual pay range of $185,000 to $215,000 USD, with no visa sponsorship.
