Description
The role supports ATE testing and debugging by understanding device behavior, improving test cost, coverage, yield, flexibility, platform transfer, and efficiency, and resolving root causes for customer returns and production issues. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering or manufacturing discipline, familiarity with Excel and productivity tools, interest in process improvement and quality, and the ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures.
