Cascadience is hiring a full-time, remote Product UI/UX Designer to lead the design and evolution of Volio's mobile user experience. The role translates complex AI, scheduling, conversational, and gamification systems into accessible, low-cognitive-load experiences for neurodivergent users, while building design systems, prototypes, and cross-platform mobile interfaces. The position requires at least three years of product design experience, strong Figma and accessibility skills, and a portfolio demonstrating progression and reward systems.
