Bosch Cluj Plant is hiring an engineering/testing professional to plan, execute, analyze, document, and improve medium, electrical, and functional product validation tests for mobility products. The role involves coordinating technicians, investigating failures, preparing test plans and reports, collaborating with reliability, development, and international teams, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and laboratory procedures. A technical university degree, 2–4 years of relevant experience, testing and quality knowledge, electronic systems analysis, MS Office and SAP, and advanced English are required; German and automotive experience are advantageous. The position uses a hybrid work model in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
