Description
The Production Engineer will support production activities, lead continuous improvement, and manage ELS Project Leaders across the HCM and Hanoi distribution centers. Responsibilities include scheduling and leave management, non-trade purchasing, inventory oversight, Kaizen events, process improvement, digital transformation, AI-driven automation, and Lean manufacturing implementation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field, at least three years of production engineering and process improvement experience, Yellow or Green Belt certification, leadership skills, and familiarity with digital transformation, AI tools, and Lean manufacturing.
