HARMAN is hiring a Manufacturing Quality Problem Solver Engineer in Juarez, Mexico to identify, analyze, and resolve manufacturing and product quality issues. The role leads root-cause analysis, applies structured methodologies such as 8D, A3, DMAIC, and 5 Whys, develops corrective and preventive actions, supports continuous improvement, monitors KPIs, participates in audits and customer visits, and ensures compliance with automotive quality standards including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001/14001. Candidates need three years of automotive manufacturing experience, knowledge of problem-solving and quality tools, proficiency with Excel or Minitab, and a bachelor’s degree.
