World Wide Technology is hiring a people-managing production and operations supervisor to oversee a medium-sized team of approximately 15–25 direct reports, plan and execute quality and customer-service improvements, track product progress, assign work for customer programs, and ensure products are assembled according to technical documentation and quality standards. The role requires knowledge of ordering, shipping, and warehousing materials, issue resolution, process improvement, time management, and basic LEAN concepts. It is an onsite role involving frequent physical handling, small-part assembly, tools and wire stripping, and exposure to machinery, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards. The stated annual base salary range is $65,200–$81,500, with benefits available to full-time employees.
