Description
The role leads a production area and is responsible for quality, schedules, unit targets, workforce planning, employee support and evaluation, compliance, process optimization, Lean Management, investment needs, training templates, and inventory records. It requires vocational training in mechanical, mechatronics, or electrical engineering, state-certified technician status, comparable work experience, CNC milling and turning experience, SAP and MS Office skills, German and English proficiency, and basic willingness to travel.
