The Manufacturing Assembly Operator performs assembly operations, operates manufacturing equipment, assists with line setups and start-ups, maintains quality standards, handles materials, and solves minor problems. The role requires basic math, attention to quality and safety, the ability to read procedures, flexibility, and physical capability to stand 8–10 hours daily and lift up to 50 pounds. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required, and the position pays $19.00 plus a shift premium totaling $21.50, with eligibility for annual bonuses.
