Description
The Production Assembler assembles products and parts according to work instructions, meets production goals, completes paperwork and data entry, and may work at different workstations. The role requires precision, attention to detail, safety awareness, basic math, measurement skills, and the ability to adapt to changing production conditions. It is an individual-contributor position with no management responsibilities and requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience or training, both preferred. The schedule is Monday–Thursday 11:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. and Friday–Saturday 11:00 p.m.–8:30 a.m., with a differential for the 3rd shift.
