Emerson is hiring an Assembler in Brenham, Texas for a 3rd-shift manufacturing role producing high-quality products. Responsibilities include hand soldering, component assembly, coating and potting, equipment operation, testing, calibration, inspection, packaging, quality documentation, and participation in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and measurement skills, safety and teamwork, and legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available. Starting pay is $20.89-$23.00 plus a $2.00 shift differential, with 1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
