The Electronic Production Operator performs basic assembly, machinery operation, packaging, product building, and soldering while learning quality, productivity, safety, and manufacturing standards. The role requires following technical instructions, teamwork, overtime availability, satisfactory background checks, and negative drug tests, with physical work involving lifting up to 40 pounds and prolonged sitting or standing. Word processing, spreadsheet, and assembly experience are preferred, and new hires generally start at $26 per hour.
