Surge is hiring a Production Technician in Columbus, Ohio to assemble, fabricate, inspect, test, and document mechanical and electronic products in a manufacturing environment. The role includes operating production equipment, performing basic troubleshooting, completing quality and safety documentation, maintaining equipment and work areas, and participating in cross-training and continuous improvement. A high school diploma or GED is required, while 6 months to 2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred; ERP experience is a plus. The position requires physical work around moving equipment, moderate to high noise, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
