Description
SWARCO is hiring a Production Assembler for its Melsonby factory to assemble, wire, test, and prepare electrical, electronic, mechanical, and electro-mechanical transport products. The role involves reading technical drawings and specifications, using hand and power tools, performing basic functional testing, carrying out quality checks, supporting PCB and mechanical assembly, and assisting with product dispatch. Candidates should have an electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical, or manufacturing background, practical and detail-focused skills, and the ability to work safely and independently; relevant experience, training, traffic-control equipment experience, product testing, PCB work, and 5S or continuous improvement experience are desirable.
