Description
The Production Assembler-C Shift sets up and operates assembly equipment, rotates through work cells, packs finished products, maintains a safe work area, participates in cell improvements, and follows quality standards. The role requires proficient English, mechanical proficiency, hand and power-tool use, and at least one year of assembly or lean manufacturing experience; a high school diploma or GED is preferred. The C shift runs from 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., and the candidate must be available to train on A shift before moving to C shift.
