Windings is hiring Production Assemblers for its Inserting, Connecting, and Varnish departments in New Ulm to perform precision assembly work on custom electric motor components used in aerospace, defense, medical, automotive, and extreme industrial applications. The role involves electrical connections, soldering, insulating, coil shaping and lacing, inspection to aerospace tolerances, following written procedures, maintaining safety and quality standards, and using basic computer systems in a team-based production environment. The job is full-time, pays $18-$22 per hour starting pay, offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision, and requires a high school diploma or GED with preference for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, soldering, wiring, or IPC standards experience.
