SWARCO is hiring a Controller Production Assembler in Melsonby to assemble, wire, test, and prepare traffic signal controllers, roadside controller cabinets, variable message signs, and related equipment. The role involves electro-mechanical assembly, cable and wiring preparation, component fitting, technical-drawing interpretation, basic functional testing, quality checks, tool use, and support for production and continuous-improvement activities. Candidates should have an electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical, or manufacturing background, practical and methodical working skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a team; relevant traffic, PCB, testing, or 5S experience is desirable.
