MeriCal is hiring a Production Assembler Lead to oversee production activities on the production floor, maintain customer commitments, verify packaging instructions, perform quality checks, coordinate line changes and equipment maintenance, train production personnel, and assign daily work. The role requires 1–3 years of production line lead experience, preferably in an FDA packaging environment, a high school diploma or higher, strong communication and production-process knowledge, and the ability to stand for 8–12 hours and lift over 50 pounds. The position offers a base pay range of $21.00–$23.00, medical and dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.
