Description
The Production Operator is responsible for overall product assembly, quality, performance, and productivity within the department, troubleshooting production problems, performing machine setup, and working to close tolerances. The role requires extensive knowledge of the assigned area, effective communication, ability to follow written instructions, and ability to handle lifting requirements. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with overtime as needed, and the position offers medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits with compensation of $40,390 to $59,235 plus discretionary bonuses.
