Description
The Production Assistant supports production by preparing hot products, applying recipes and work instructions, monitoring quality and process deviations, coordinating with colleagues, the warehouse, and quality, and guiding new staff. The role requires a technical background or experience in large-scale kitchens, catering, food, or cooking; strong organization, teamwork, quality, hygiene, and safety awareness; and a very good command of Dutch. It is a full-time daytime position with a market-rate salary of €3,000 to €4,500 per month, meal and eco vouchers, and company training.
