Description
The Production Assistant supports production, warehouse, and logistics operations by performing sorting, packing, inspection, general assistance, and workplace organization tasks. Initial production-assistant experience is an advantage but not required; the role requires reliability, teamwork, shift availability, physical resilience, and preferably basic German. It offers a permanent employment contract, above-tariff pay and supplements, team support, and opportunities for client takeover.
