Auperdi GmbH is seeking a Production Assistant (m/f/d) for a client in Weiden on a long-term temporary deployment with a planned transfer and permanent employment contract. The role involves manual goods sorting, quality control, and possibly simple machine operation after instruction, with three shifts covering 5:00–13:00, 13:00–21:00, and 21:00–5:00. Applicants need reliability, resilience, motivation, independent and responsible working habits, and German skills at least at level B1. The position offers an hourly wage starting from €15.33 plus shift allowance, vacation and Christmas bonuses, and annual workwear.
