Description
The Production Assistant will support Martin Bauer Group’s tea and beverage production at sites in Vestenbergsgreuth, Demantsfürth, and Gleißenberg. Responsibilities include operating production machines and systems, weighing products, sorting samples, loading and unloading finished goods, and picking and loading goods. The role requires production experience, preferably in the food industry, a valid forklift license and Class B driver’s license, German language skills, shift availability, quick comprehension, and teamwork. After three months of uninterrupted assignment, an additional €4 per hour is paid on top of the hourly wage.
