L&M Corrugated is hiring a full-time, on-site Production Assistant to support the Plant Manager and production team with reporting, machine and production metrics, Kanban and supply monitoring, MRO purchasing, inventory receiving and stocking, supplier coordination, data gathering, cross-departmental follow-up, and process improvement. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong organization and attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work with production data and suppliers; prior manufacturing, production, inventory, purchasing, materials, or administrative support experience is preferred.
