Description
Mars Wrigley is hiring a Production Assistant for its Hackettstown, New Jersey chocolate and peanut M&M manufacturing facility. The role operates and oversees machines and processes, drives mules, starts up and shuts down equipment, performs basic changeovers, conducts inspections and minor repairs, and completes ad hoc tasks. It is a first-shift, 2-2-3 rotating schedule from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with starting pay of $20.86 per hour or more. A high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, computer proficiency, and the ability to perform physically demanding work are required; manufacturing experience and forklift or mule operating experience are preferred.
