Description
The employer is hiring an assistant for 30 hours per week in Kirchlengern to support the production of paper and packaging products. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring machines, quality control, packing and labeling, and following safety and quality standards. The role follows a two-shift schedule of 6:00–12:00 and 12:00–18:00, with long-term employment possible after transfer to permanent employment under the GVP collective bargaining agreement. Relevant production experience is a plus but not required, and good German language skills are advantageous.
