Description
The employer is seeking Production Assistants for permanent full-time assignments with manufacturing clients in Hanover and the surrounding area. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring machines, handling components and materials, performing assembly, packaging, quality checks, rework, material preparation, labeling, picking, and cleaning, while following safety and production requirements. The role may require shift work, including 2-, 3-, or 21-shift systems, and may involve weekend or public holiday work. Initial production, assembly, packaging, or machine-operation experience is beneficial but not required for every assignment; candidates should have basic technical or manual skills, physical ability, reliable and quality-oriented work habits, German at least at B2 level, and willingness to wear prescribed protective equipment.
