Randstad is hiring a Production Assistant for its business partner in Aue, starting immediately. The role involves monitoring and supervising production, pre-assembling components, inspecting parts, and performing cleaning and tidying tasks. Candidates should ideally have production or manufacturing experience, although career changers are welcome; the position requires German language skills, manual dexterity, a careful and reliable working style, and authorization to work in Germany.
