Description
Randstad is hiring a Production Assistant for a rubber-industry customer in Wittlich. The role involves ordering rubber compounds from the warehouse, checking material labels, loading extruders, monitoring compound quantities, making corrections, and performing quality and function checks. No prior vocational experience is required, but the position requires willingness to work in a full continuous shift system, including weekends, along with physical resilience, independent working style, and careful precision. Working hours are Monday to Friday in one of three shifts: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, or 22:00–06:00.
