Shards is hiring a Production Assistant to support tile production starting immediately. The role involves mixing glazes, loading and unloading kilns, sorting and packing tiles, monitoring and maintaining production equipment, supporting the production manager, contributing to technical projects and product development, and handling practical operational tasks. The position is based in Sassenberg, Münsterland, offers 25–40 hours per week, and requires technical interest, practical aptitude, independence, teamwork, and flexibility.
