Description
The GRAFE BETON group is hiring a Production Assistant to manufacture concrete shafts and tanks, tile or bricklay shaft base sections, insert stoneware and polystyrene components, line molds, strip molds, and transport finished products. The role requires vocational training in concrete or precast construction, practical and spatial skills, reliability, physical resilience, flexibility, and independent working style. It is part-time or full-time, follows a single-shift schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and may require Saturday work in urgent cases.
