The Production Assistant works full time in a modern production facility in Venlo, operating production machines, monitoring the production line, refilling materials, packing products, checking quality, troubleshooting minor disruptions, and preparing products for shipment. The role follows four-shift schedules and offers permanent employment with advancement opportunities, €14.71 per hour, travel reimbursement, and a pleasant team environment. Prior experience is not required, but production-machine experience is preferred; candidates should be available full time, motivated for shift work, and speak German, English, Dutch, or Polish.
