It requires at least one year of full-time professional experience in a creative field, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a 3.8 GPA, strong writing and organizational skills, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $56,000 to $60,000 with health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time-off benefits.
