The client in Verden is hiring a Production Assistant for a Welding System to operate and load welding equipment, monitor the welding process, inspect finished parts, prepare products for the next production step, and assist with production optimization. Candidates should have practical or technical skills, preferably an apprenticeship, and experience with production or manufacturing equipment; industrial manufacturing experience is advantageous. The role follows a two- or three-shift model and may lead to permanent employment after approximately nine months of temporary staffing.
