The role involves general manufacturing tasks, operating equipment, simple assembly, visual inspections, quality checks, component rework and deburring, sorting and packaging, and maintaining smooth production operations. Candidates should have a reliable and responsible work approach, willingness to work a three-shift system, and good spoken and written German; initial production, manufacturing, or assembly experience is an advantage but career changers are welcome.
