Description
The employer seeks a Production Assistant / Machine Operator for permanent full-time employment, with transfer into the client’s company desired. The role involves assembling small subcomponents, performing functional checks and corrections, transferring goods internally, packaging and preparing shipments, and operating light machines and tools. Applicants should have production, assembly, or machine-operation experience as an advantage, be willing to work two shifts without night shifts, have good German language skills, and hold a driver’s license and personal vehicle. Compensation is €16.00 per hour under the GVP/DGB collective bargaining agreement, with allowances, flexible working hours, bonuses, protective equipment, and individual support.
