Tempton is hiring a Production Assistant / Machine Operator in Stadtroda to execute production orders, manufacture electronic, mechanical, and optical assemblies, operate and maintain production equipment, replace wear parts, perform repairs and rework, and support continuous improvement and manufacturing engineering activities. The role requires electronics training and professional experience, SMD placement-system experience, willingness to work in shifts and a cleanroom, and strong communication skills. It is a full-time position with shift work, personal support, and an attractive pay rate of €17.65 per hour according to the collective agreement.
