Wonder is hiring a Production Assistant Operations Manager to support daily culinary production operations in a high-volume food manufacturing and distribution environment. The role leads production associates and teams, coordinates ingredient staging, preparation, cooking, assembly, packaging, labeling, and finished-goods handoff to warehouse and logistics, supports production planning and staffing, monitors food safety, quality, labor productivity, inventory, and operational KPIs, and drives continuous improvement. The position requires at least two years of leadership experience in food production, manufacturing, or high-volume culinary operations, with HACCP certification preferred, and offers a salary of $62,000 to $71,500 per year plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
