Nesco Resource is hiring a Production Associate in Harrison Township, Michigan, to train into a CNC Laser Operator. The role pays $18.00 and runs Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:40 p.m., with overtime based on needs. Responsibilities include cleaning and deburring parts, counting and organizing, assisting with packaging and shipment, que material, basic shop upkeep, sanding, polishing, and part finishing. Once trained, the role may involve operating and maintaining a CNC laser, operating Hi-Lo, using nesting software, completing paperwork, and performing inspections. A high school diploma and the ability to lift 50 pounds are required; Hi-Lo experience is preferred but not required, and prior CNC experience is a plus.
