Allpersona GmbH is staffing a full-time Production Assistant – Plastics Processing role for a plastics-industry client in Surberg, starting immediately. The position involves assembling and gluing plastic parts, quality assurance using tools such as vernier calipers, and supporting production. Candidates need strong fine motor skills, vocational training in a skilled trade, technical or practical skills, reliability, flexibility, and a driver’s license with a car; plastics process-operator experience is desirable. Pay is €15–€17 per hour depending on qualifications, with permanent employment, vacation and Christmas bonuses, and possible travel allowance.
