Description
The employer is hiring a Production Assistant to support surface processing in an industrial precision and surface-technology company. The role involves mechanical rework of anodized components, preparation for anodizing and painting, support of anodizing, laser-marking, and painting lines, quality inspection of coated components, shipment preparation, coordination with upstream and downstream production areas, and compliance with quality, safety, and process requirements. Candidates need initial production experience, basic technical understanding, strong quality awareness, careful handling of small components, physical resilience, and good German language skills; experience in surface finishing, painting, coating, anodizing, or quality control is also requested. The position offers a 12-month assignment with an option to be taken on, day-shift regular hours, vacation, and bonuses.
