Description
The Production Operator assists with extrusion production, quality checks, packaging, material handling, machine cleaning, reporting, labeling, and housekeeping. The role follows a 6:45 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. schedule on a 2/2/3 rotation with work every other weekend, pays $19.00 per hour, and offers $3,000 in bonuses ($1,500 at three months and $1,500 at six months). A high school diploma or GED is required, along with basic computer skills, teamwork, reliability, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure.
